Were one more show away from the big Xmas end of year special.So this week, were closing out the year with some more chat on the games were playing this festive period. Big congratulations this week as one of our hosts, welcomes a new edition to the family with the birth of a Daughter, On the show side of things, we approach Xmas with some great chat on all the games we have been playing this week. Toz has an absolute "Telltale week, as he plays Walking Dead, Tales from Borderlands , and The Game of Thrones, And gives his views on why all play differently. Steve also gets to grips with a Telltale game, with him completing the first series of Walking Dead. A shorter episode this week, as the summer gets in full swing, and games get on the light side. However we have a full show as we talk about the superb Destint beta that is and has been taking place this week for both consoles. I get the chance to talk about "whats the difference " between PS4 and Xbox one versions. Steve talks about the problems Xbox had when Bungie decided to stress test the system, opening it up to all, and offering everyone a free emblem, but more interesting opening the yet unseen "Moon" story mode for a few hours. rikki brings us his thoughts on the emotinal "Valient Hearts" on the PC, as well as interesting "intereactive game for teh family to play. Another week,another great episode of CGUK, Toz & Steve bring some great gaming chat, included this week, getting better at Hearthstone,is Tomb Raider worth that purchase again?, And is Toz really a big "Wuss", well tune in to hear ... Wow, probably the most difficult show to produce in all our history, but we have a jam packed show this week, Toz and Steve have a lot of stuff to get through this week,with some great new gaming titles this week, and much more... Sadly due to a family bereavement the new third chair Rikki32 has to miss this weeks show, and our condolences go out to him and his family. Meanwhile the Steve and Tozol go on with a real packed show this week, we have many new titles to talk about, Bravery default, Tomb Raider Definitive edition, Mario party Island Tour, are just a few of many titles this week. We also have some news on whats happening to Nintendo, after there big meeting last week, also in the news In App purchase developers will have to soon toe the line as the OFC get tough. This weeks CGUK, brings us some ranting, and some different games this week, including some PC game play as well with the much talked about DOTA 2 getting some airing.Steve asks will the Xbox One be MS last console..this and much more... With the lack of next gen games coming out anytime soon, we try and cover something different this week, even including some PC game play, as Toz try's the much talked about DOTA 2, tune in to listen to his first foray into a very different "free to Play genre. Steve asks us will the Xbox One be Microsoft's last console, and we also discus a new feature were trying to bring to the show, with a Twitter integration of a question of the week, using the Hash tag #cguk to join in the Q+A section of teh show, also the guys are going to try a "live" Q+A Session on next weeks show. Happy New year, and welcome to the first CGUK of 2014, we start the year with a big important announcement in the show, that will bring changes to CGUK. The show is a quick refresher of what me and Steve have done over the festive period and all the fun and tribulations we have been up to over the festive period. The games we received, and played, and even completed, are also in there, Steve tells us about his ongoing pains, and I tell you about an "Only Fools and Horses" moment that happened over Xmas.
